Theresa Richard Menard

Funeral services were held at Gossen Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, May 18, at 1 p.m. for Theresa Richard Menard, 65, who died Monday, May 16, 2016 at her residence in Church Point.
Interment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery #2 in Rayne.
Surviving are two daughters, Antoinette Menard and husband Mike of Church Point, Peggy Chaisson of Ville Platte; two sons, Lee Paul Menard and wife Nina of Crowley, Carlton Menard and wife Shelly of Rayne; 13 grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one sister, Pearl Richard and companion Steven Yablonski of Navarre Beach, Florida; five brothers, Otis Richard and wife Carolyn of Crowley, Simon Richard and wife Glenda of Rayne, Edward Richard and wife Judy of Rayne, Wilfred Richard Sr. and wife Thelma of Rayne, Lawrence Richard Jr. and wife Juanita of Rayne.
She was preceded in death by parents, Lawrence Richard Sr. and Bernice Romero Richard; one sister, Cecile Richard; her first husband, Adam “Joe” Chiasson; second husband, Pierre Marion Menard; companion, Clinton “Sam” Bihm.
Friends were received at Gossen Funeral Home, Inc., Rayne, Wednesday, May 18, from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
A rosary was recited on Wednesday, May 18, at 11 a.m. at Gossen Funeral Home.
