
A resident of Denham Springs, Linda Trahan Norred died on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Baton Rouge General-Bluebonnet, Baton Rouge, after a courageous battle with leukemia.
She was 66 and a native of Crowley.
Visitation will be at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East Chapel, 11000 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 9 a.m. until religious services at 2 p.m. which will be conducted by Rev. John Pemberton. Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Baton Rouge.
Linda is survived by her husband, Jim Norred, Jr.; daughters, Bonnie Guidry, Sonja Breaux and Abbie Norred Whitlock; sons, Blane Guidry and Robby Guidry; brother, Donnie Trahan;11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Beatrice Beard Trahan and father, John Trahan.
Pallbearers for Linda will be Dale Trahan, Jason Guidry, Mike Beard, Kenny Gaspard, Corey DelaHoussaye and Richard Zimmerman.
Linda enjoyed painting, playing music, singing and fishing. She loved many and loved by many. family and friends were always her priority.
